Commonwealth Wrestling Championships are being held in South Africa. A total of 60 players participated in the tournament. In the 62 kg freestyle division, India's challenge was faced with Tail Dwayne Ports of Saxi Malik New Zealand. Saxhi Malik, who played the game in the competition, won a noxious 13-2 win over New Zealand. Salkhi Malik won gold in the 62 kg weight category. Indian wrestler Sushil Kumar has won gold in the 74 kg category for India in the wrestling competition already.
