NEW DELHI: Judge OP Saini has dismissed 14 accused in the case on behalf of the CBI and enforcement department for alleged irregularities in the 2G scam. Saini ruled today.
New Delhi CBI Special Court Judge Saini delivered a 105-page ruling today.
In those cases, the accused were accused of failing to prove the crimes against criminals with sufficient evidence. Raja and Kanimozhi announced the release of 14.
Further, the enforcement department has been directed to release the Rs 638 crore assets immediately seized by the CBI and the Central Implementation Department for alleged irregularities in the 2G spectrum allocation.
There is no reason to say that Rs 200 crore was transferred to private (artist) television.
DB The order has been issued to release the assets of the Rs 223.55 crore worth crores of rupees, to release all the assets captured in the case and to return all the documents seized for the trial.
The Special Court has ordered the Enforcement Department to release all the assets suspended after the appeal period ends.
